A huge store! 7/26/2005

This is a huge store and they have lots of great gadgets for all the techies. They are close to lots of other stores but are in a parking lot basically by themselves so theres never a problem finding parking. They also have lots of helpers in each department to assist you. Plus they always have really great deals. more

Terrible with returns 7/15/2005

This store is the worth place in the world to return an item. The staff at the returns counter seem to have an attitude before you even start to explain. They do not have the sale items and try to "upsell" you to a more expensive item instead... once refused to give me a raincheck for a sale item. I later found out it was a clearance sale and they didnt advertise it that way, hard toget assessories later. more

Great selection, fair service 6/14/2005

The selection at this one-stop computer store is great. If you need it , you can find it here. They sell everything from printer paper, to cables, to computers, to monitors, to all accessories you would ever need or want. The service, on the other hand, is lacking. When my computer was taken in for service on numerous occasions they were unable and unwilling to diagnos the problems. This wsa taken in while under warranty, and the problems continued to worsen over time. The service repair technicians were fair at best. I would buy a system from there, but never have it serviced there again. more
