I bought a fridge and a range with a promised delivery date of 8/15. However I was informed that only the range would be delivered as the sdtore still had the fridge. After over 90 minutes on the phone to many different Best Buy "employees" (and I have all their names) I eventually was promised delivery on the Tuesday. Later I received a call to say that even that wouldn't happen. It seems as if everyone at Best Buy is willing to say anything to placate the customer all the time knowing that they actually couldn't do anything and that the customer is at the mercy of their delivery scheduling. They even don't accurately listen to what I was saying as I just had another call to say that they would be out to install my range when I had never asked for that at all.
