THE WORST EXPERIENCE EVER. These people are so poor in manners, keeping promises, and customer service. I ordered $80.00+ worth of flowers. The arrangement I paid for had 8 roses, 5 purple stock, and 4 pink stock. What my aunt received were 4 roses, 2 purple stock, and 2 pink stock. HALF OF WHAT I PAID FOR. I called customer service, and the lady was so rude. I demanded a refund, and she flat out refused. I asked to speak to another person, and she told me that no one wants to talk to me. She also stated that on the website, it CLEARLY states that if I am unhappy with my order, the same bouquet will be delivered, but correctly. I then told her that she would be hearing from my mother, and her response was, and I quote, ""Having your mother call would be pointless, it would be a waste of her time, because you aren't getting your money back"". I lost my temper (which I shouldn't have done) and hung up. I emailed the company, and the person was explaining how sorry he was. He gave me a coupon for $30. I wrote him back explaining that I wanted the same bouquet sent out (because the lady I spoke with explained that was their policy). I never got a response back. I emailed them again asking if they got my other email just to make sure nothing went wrong on either side of the computer. Again, no response. Finally, I called a few days in a row. I was put on hold for 45 minutes each time which is outrageous. I then decided to call back, and press a different key to ""place a new order"", even though this was regarding a previous order. The same woman that I previously spoke to before answered. I explained the situation to her again, and she told me that she couldn't do anything for me. After I explained how she clearly stated the last time we spoke that if I was unhappy with the order, they would replace it with the same bouquet. She also had the audacity to explain how it was my fault because I waited 1 month to fix this. No, I have tried to contact Wesley Berry Flowers on several occasions. I just never got a response back. She made me seem like a complete idiot. After coming to realization that she was incapable of helping me with the issues that this poorly established company created, I asked to speak to another person. She told me that wasn't possible. When I asked her why there was no one else available, she told me it was because no one else wanted to speak to me. In other words, if you would like to have a terrible experience filled with rude people, false advertisement, and talked down to, use Wesley Berry Florist. This is by far the worst service I have ever received. They will never see another penny from me. I suggest you do not waste your time or money on this horrible company.
