Good: no. Bad: I brought in my machine for service and repair, They evaluated it, after 3 weeks and called to say,it was really not a candidate for repair. I took it to the singer people who serviced it and returned it to me, for less than 20% of the estimate at the bernina sewing center. Improvements: Honesty at the store. I have been sewing since I was 11, that's about 53 years. I was rather disappointed and I will not go back there.. Other: If I wanted a new sewing machine, based on the sewing center's evaluation of my machine, I think I would skip berninas. Based on the sewing center's evaluation of my machine, the life of the machine does not justify the cost..
