The owner didn't understand the first date for pick up, so it wasn't ready when I arrived the first time. When I came back the next day he was 40 minutes late opening his store, and the suitcase zipper repair was unacceptable. I'll be surprised if it makes it through one trip. He refused to give me my money back (I had pre-paid), and grabbed the suitcase when I asked for the pick-up tag since I had no receipt. He refused to give me the suitcase back until I tendered the pick-up tag, then I had to insist on a receipt. I would never go back here and can't understand how he is still in business.
