Good: They have a nice selection of novelty hats, and they shipped quickly. I liked the fact that the size is truly an adult size. I wouldn't however purchase anything else from them and would have returned this if there was time.. Bad: I ordered a polar bear hat and the design is great, but there are all kinds of quality issues in the machine threads. It's an ivory color over 90% of it, yet full of non-removable dark lints and scrubs that cannot be removed. The quality is poor and I would not order from them again. I didn't want to have to pay for the shipping in a return, plus it was a gift - so I just kept it - but am not happy with the quality.. Improvements: Quality of knit products needs improvement.. Other: Ordering from the internet is something I do a lot of and I think it's great. That said, some things are just risky because you have to eat the shipping cost if you consider a return. I wouldn't order anything knit or more unique than a baseball cap from Berkeley Hat. YMMV.. more

purchased a hat and they packaged it not correct. i worked with customer service and they do not care, they do not stand behind their products and this company should be avoided. their hats to not last. more

Excellent customer service. I was overwhelmed by the sheer amount of hats they had. I asked them for advice on which hat I should wear to go fishing, and immediately he pointed me towards the back corner of the store. This was several years ago, however, and I can't guarantee there is still a good variety of hats for sale! more

This store has a great selection of hats from all different sizes and colors. They have really nice leather hats and plain baseball hats that you can purchase for real cheap as a gift to a friend or family member. If you want, you can head a few blocks down to Joy's to engrave a word or saying on your new hat! Just going to the store is fun because you get to try on all different kinds of hats! more

This hat store is fantastic. There are all kinds of hats to buy and try on. There are various caps, cowboy hats, leather hats, etc. If you are looking for a hat to complete your Halloween costume, this is the perfect place to shop for it. The caps are extremely cheap if you are just getting a plain trucker hat or a plain solid color hat with clasps on the back. If you want fitted caps, they will cost a little more. Even so, the hats are pretty cheap unless you are looking for those nice-looking leather ones! It is a very fun store to just play around in. more
