The office staff is very nice, getting to know not only your face, but your name and apt #. The grounds are kept as clean as possible by a nice Oriental gentlemen. He is always saying hello when greeted and is quick to give a smile. The maintanence staff is just as friendly, consisting of two hispanic gentlemen who speak excellent English and a kind, French sounding gentleman. All three are quick to respond to problems. I have only had two calls about my unit's older AC, only one of which I had to wait a day because it was very hot and everyone else's AC must have been out also. Overall, if I weren't moving out of state when my lease is up in May, I'd be staying here. They take large dogs as there is a large grassy area for them to run around and play.
Pros: Quiet, Good Value for Money, Take Large Pets
Cons: Go to Office for Mail, AC & Appl. Older, Only LR Cable Ready
