Not Recommended -- dropped our piano, poor service 1/31/2014

We hired Bennett to pick up and store our baby grand piano while we were having hardwood floors installed. When they delivered it back to us, they dropped it, damaging the piano, the piano bench, a harp that was sitting nearby, and of course damaging our new hardwood floors. I have been trying to get Bennett to work with us for 4 months, and they just will not respond to me. I asked the Better Business Bureau for their help, and Bennett would not communicate with them either. As of 1/31/14, the BBB has assigned Bennett an "F" grading. This is an unbelievable situation, and we are left with having to pay for repairs ourselves. I would not recommend Bennett Piano Movers to anyone. more

Bennett Piano Movers were punctual, hard working, careful, professional, and very friendly across the board. They came in under their estimate and prepared well for the move. They did a great job moving our piano…no wall bumps and no dings or dents on the piano?. more
