My wife and I had our first baby and after a week at home discovered we had a plumbing problem. We called in Benjamin Franklin who flushed our pipes, collected their money, and went off. They didn’t even use all of their equipment to check what was wrong. Within hours the problem was back and BF didn’t want to return unless we paid the service fee again. We called another plumber and they identified the issue within 15 minutes and a plan to fix it. My wife and I had to vacate the house with our newborn and spent thousands to fix the problem. Benjamin Franklin was grossly negligent and caused my family undue burden both financially and personally. I called their manager, Michael, who acknowledged several of their shortcomings and promised to call back but never did. Stay away from this poorly managed company and their ubiquitous fees or you’ll end up with a punctual plumber that cares more about commission and a company that couldn’t care less about customer service.
