Sewer Line Install 9/14/2018

Ben Franklin Plumbing did an outstanding job in a short amount of time replacing my sewer line. Given unusual circumstances that my line ran under my neighbors driveway, they accounted for all circumstances and corrected the problem. more

Great service! 1/11/2018

I had a broken water pipe to my house. I called a few plumbers to give me estimates. The other companies we're trying to justify the crazy prices they wanted to charge. This company walked in and with every confidence told me no problem to the other obstacles the other companies had told me. The install team did a great job! They were professional at all times, very respectful of my old trees. The dealings I had with the office staff were great. I really can't say enough about how well I was treated and I highly recommend them. 10 star service. more

Excellent Service 11/28/2017

Jack, Cam and Tyler were wonderful. They not only did an excellent job but they were very professional. They did an amazing job on my bathroom, installing my new bathtub. They cleaned everything back up. There was no mess left on my floor. I would definitely recommend using their services for all your plumbing issues. Jack had serviced our sewer years prior and did an awesome job. We will continue to use Benjamin Franklin Plumbing. Thank you again for a wonderful job. more

Lance d and his associate did a fantastic job replacing the old,original equipment, 1956 gate valves in my mothers basement, with some shiny new, leak free, reliable ball valves . They also sweated in a whole house filter for cleaner, clearer water. I would heartily recommend lance and all the staff at Benjamin Franklin Plumbing to anyone looking for quick, reliable and affordable pluming repair and installation in their home or business- John Evans - Coralville,Iowa. more

I have had the worst luck with my plumbing and house needs. I'm calling it march madness, but Bill Cook and his team at Benjamin Franklin plumbing have been with me each step of the way. One week I had a septic problem next week my sub pump went bad and it was late at night and my basement was flooded. Bill came right over and took care of it for me no problem. Really went over and beyond to make sure my family and I were taking care of. Megan was awesome finding someone in my urging help that night as well. 5 stars all around. more

Awesome Job 3/11/2017

Jack Lindell did as promised. He and Cam replaced our main sewer line within 4 hours. Very professional and very considerate of my landscaping. He made sure not to leave a mess and they even sweeped my driveway. I would highly recommend them to anyone! more

We had William Cook do some plumbing for us on 12/6/2016. We have never had such a pleasant service person do any job for us. Not only was he pleasant but he truly is an expert! He is very knowlageabe and efficient. We certainly will have him do our next Job! more

Honest and helpful..... 11/22/2016

Charlie was very helpful with our issue. Got job done quickly. Also went above and beyond when he offered to cut off a lock my son put on gate that kept my dogs in kitchen and forgot combination. He was very informative on different option and warranties and protection plans. Will have him back for other jobs. more

I had a plumbing emergency and was assigned a service technician within a half hour. Charles Patchell was able to complete the replacement and repairs within an hour to my complete satisfaction. more

I wish all service calls were this good! Billy Cook was excellent. A great combination of expertise, personality, and politeness. Did his work, listened to my concerns, gave his advice in a very efficient and professional manner. Really, doesn't get much better than this. more
