Last year when my Hot water heater was replaced I could not be at the house when the job was completed. When I returned I was not happy with the way the gas line was ran. When the city inspector came to look at the job, he said it was not un-safe but he thought it could have been done differently. When Garrett arrived at the house I told him that I would like to learn to drain the tank myself, and he sais no problem and explained each step. While the tank was draining I saw Garrett look at the gas line and I told him I was not happy with the way the line was routed. He reluctantly agreed, and ask what I thought could fix the issue. I explained my idea and in less than 5 mins he removed an elbow and permanently fixed the eye sore it. This simple action made a customer (me) brag about the outstanding service that I received to my fellow co-workers. I can't say enough good things about Garrett, I know some of the things he was doing was plus sales, but he used his time wisely and did things right. I feel he should be the companies employee of the month.
