I chose Benjamin Franklin to do my sewer line repair because they provided me with the clearest explanation of what they would do and they provided it in writing. They made the repair on schedule and without any hitches -- and amazingly, even though they had to do excavation in my cellar floor, carting out a lot of soil and carting in a lot of gravel and cement, they left everything just as clean as it was before they did their work. As to price, they were about the same as one other estimate, and a few thousand more than another, but it's possible that the low estimate might have turned out to be just as high as BF's final price because there were so many unknowns in the work.
