COMPLETE NO!!! NEVER EVER EVER RENT HERE unless you like being ignored to your face, mistreated, shortchanged, lied to, inconvenienced, cheated out of your money, and talked down at! The community seems safe enough, except from a wandering dog here and there when you try to take your evening walk. But that's not my concern. My concern is the staff there. They are the rudest, most snotty, must unprofessional people I've ever met in my entire renting history. Tracy Holmes, the manager, and Jan Williams, the leasing consultant, do not care about professionalism at all. They just don't. Nor do they care about your well being as a resident. And don't let you come to them with a problem at your apartment that isn't something maintenance can fix. They get emotional, get personal, make a mistake and tell the truth about one another's errors, then meet each other, regroup, and present their lies anew. Then lie about it again when your problem is still glaring you in the face. And they will snub you when you walk in the door or call on the phone. The other staff are no better really, as they all have the funkiest of attitudes, but these two are the absolute worst! I don't know how they got their jobs or who hired them. It must have been a family member, but clearly the person that has them employed here does not care about their business at all. They wont last long as long as these two work here. And from what I am seeing in previous reviews on sites like apartmentratings(dot)com, this manager has been here a while and has always had this nasty attitude, going back at least to 2007 where she put some resident on extreme blast. You will find the review from the date 12/02/2007 with the managers response all the way at the bottom. That person should have sued the shirt off her back. Anyway, her day is coming. All I know is that Nals, Newbell, and whoever either don't know the menace they have on their hands or they don't care. And it shows. Bravo, bravo for treating your residents like complete doodoo. Thanks, but no thanks, I'd rather live in the projects for all that.
