I have bellsouth and since the first day we got them they have overcharged me month after month. Each month we call they don't ever fix the problem it just keeps happening. I dont care who you talk to know one will fix this problem. It has been ongoing for about seven months and If I didn't need the internet I would have canceled them a long time ago. This is a horrible company with even more horrible customer service. I really dont think any company would be so stingy about crediting their mistakes but they are just horrible.
