Bellevue Center needs to take a new direction - again. Whoever decided to change the tennants to a lower-class selection was... silly. Simply put, you do not build a mall for poor...

The place is closed.

The Mall Closed in 2008. Macy's closed Feb 2009. 2/13/2009

The mall is closed. No nearby Movie Theaters. Macy's closed today. Only Sears is left. Save time and go to other malls. Closest shopping is in West Nashville on Charlotte Ave.( WalMart, Lowe's) Most stores E of I-40 & Charlotte interchange, with Target, Best Buy, CostCo & others. more

If you need any sort of appliance, tool, lawn equipment, etc. go to Home Depot. I have never been treated as badly as what the Sears in Bellevue has treated me. I ordered a lawnmower 2 weeks ago and still have not received a call or email notifying me whether or not it has arrived. I have spent probably 3-4 hours on the phone trying to get the right person, but they just keep reconnecting you to someone else until the connection is lost. I said well how about I just cancel the entire order now over the phone - no - that would be too reasonabl. I have to go to the store when it arrives to do that, but I'm still waiting. Nobody really cares. In person I wandered around and waited about 30min to get help to find out they didn't have what I was after and that I would have to order online. I wrote the corporate office a letter and don't expect to hear anything back. This is so dissapointing especially when you hear what a great company sears is - NOT AT THIS LOCATION - GO TO HOME DEPOT. Lastly, this is the first review I've ever written - usually I just take it when someone gives terrible service. This is just THAT bad. Pros: It's a Sears - you know what they have Cons: TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE more

Bellevue Center needs to take a new direction - again. Whoever decided to change the tennants to a lower-class selection was... silly. Simply put, you do not build a mall for poor people - they don't have the income to spend. Hecht's should close and be rennovated to become a Lord and Taylor (same parent company) and Dillard's should really consider beefing up their younger/hipper clothes. The mall is very nice and has a great location; they just need some direction, preferably up. I like the mall - I just hope that the new management makes it a destination instead of a duplication. Here are some ideas: Club Monaco, Banana Republic, Crate and Barrel, Parisian, Nordstrom, Goldsmith's - a renewed anchor-base would help a lot. Maybe a full-service hotel like a Hyatt or a Westin would help, something like the Winfrey at Riverchase Galleria in Birmingham. Do something - please! Pros: Area, ample expansion room Cons: prev. mgmt. bad, losing stores daily more

Not as "Bright" as it used to be 8/31/2002

Bellevue Center was full of great shops and places to eat when it first opened but even though it has few stores, it has alot of empty spaces. Stores are closing and there is not alot of great places to eat over there these days. The only thing that Bellevue Center is hardly surviving is Dillards, Hects and Sears. If all three of them close, the center would be in trouble. Major changes need to made at Bellevue Center to bring the people back otherwise, it would be a huge empty space. Pros: Dillards, Sears, Hects Cons: less smaller stores, less places to eat, No clean restrooms more

where are the stores? 8/5/2002

I frequently shop at Bellevue Center and my biggest gripe is lack of stores. They seem to be disappearing. They really need at least a jc penny. But, I can say that its easier to get in and out of the mall faster than other malls and I feel much safer in this mall than others. My purse was taken once and the security guards went out of their way to get it back. Pros: great security, easy to get in and ou Cons: lack of stores more

  • In Short
"Shopping for the Real World" (the mall's catchy slogan) means over 90 specialty stores, plus chains like The Gap, Victoria's Secret, Eddie Bauer and Godiva. It's anchored by department stores Dillard's, Sears and Macy's. Restaurants range from fast food (Chick-Fil-A) to relaxing full service (Princeton's Grille). The kids' area in CenterCourt is a gigantic, soft-board, climb-all-around dreamland for excited kids and shopping mommies and daddies.
