On June 16, 2007 I went into the store looking for a socket 775 fan and heatsink. The salesman said he was out of them but may have one. After looking, he found on that was $32.00 but would get me his last on for $29.00. I purchased the fan after installing it in a new barbones kit I found the fan was very loud. I purchased a new one from Canton Computers. Three days later I returned to the store with the fan and a different salesman told me I broke the fan. I informed him I was building a new computer and would not break a blade on the fan. He informed I needed my receipt to get a refund, of which I did not have at that time. On June 30, 2007 I returned to the store with my receipt and was refused a refund, the same young salesman stated ""we don't give refunds only store credits. After reading the bottom of the receipt, I told him the receipt does not state no refunds on parts. He still said no refunds.
