If you enjoy good food you are going to love this place! Caribbean/Cajun/Creole cuisine meets comfort food. It's a small cozy restaurant hidden in the back of Gabreski Airport. Make sure to follow the signs, they're small but they're there. The place over looks the airfield which gives it this Casablanca vibe. It's run by Miss Didi who makes the most mouth watering meals and serves it up with a smile. Did I mention that it's B.Y.O.B? The prices are moderate but for the portions it's definitely worth it. Make sure you leave room for dessert. I can't resist the apple-caramel bread pudding with rum sauce. If you're headed out east this place is not to be missed.
