As far as customer service regarding wedding album details and videography-- horrible. I was unhappy with aspects of both the album and video, and was told that they can only fix it if I give them hundreds of dollars more. Nevermind that there are layers and layers of people between you and the editors, so there's no surprise that things aren't done correctly the first time around. I am actually planning on editing my own highlights video at home, it was that bad.\r
Meanwhile, you would expect professionals in this field to have an artistic eye. I took one photgraphy class about 15 years ago, and what they presented me with did not impress.\r
Word of warning, you can find a photography service who actually cares about the product they give you.
