My experience at Bella Lago was incredible, to say the least. The pure talent stylist Ashley was beyond amazing at understanding what I wanted done to my hair and making sure she did everything to get it done perfectly. Everyone there was very friendly and made sure my experience was great. I have never left a salon as happy as I did today. It was worth EVERY penny! :) more

Best Day Spa in Charlotte Metro 7/9/2010

Great day with a great staff that made me look and feel wonderful from head to toe. I would definitely recommend this to anyone. The prices are lower than other comparable spas in the Charlotte Metro and they offer services that a lot of the others don't. Get pampered without breaking the bank!! The perfect place for a girl's day out/bachelorette party 3/7/2010

My girlfriends and I took a bride to be to this salon for a ""spa day."" I go here on a regular basis for spa and hair services (Neina is an awesome stylist - perfect color and cut every time!). My girlfriends had never used the spa services before and they were all blown away by the professionalism of the staff and the relaxing atmosphere. The services were unbelievable. The bride to be was so impressed that she purchased gift cards for some of her family members. We had lunch brought in between spa services and the salon provided champagne.
