When I went to the store I asked one of the owner's son's to email me his best pricing as I had lower pricing from a North Caroliona company that ships everywhere in the US . I preferred to work with a local business. He said he wouldn't come off his pricing without the competitor pricing because as he stated, "he doesn't play that game!" Since when does a customer asking a business to put their best foot forward in pricing constitute a game?? I called Sid's furnishing in Salem and not only did they beat Bella's pricing by $400 but they deliver and set up for free. When asked to give me their best pricing they stated, "that's what they do" Difficult to understand why an owner of a business has her son working for her that irritates and loses customers.
