The maid showed up 20 minutes late and left early, the maid was lazy and unperfessional. I had a list written out and over half of the stuff was not done. Raelyn did not clean the shower window, toilet, fridge, counter tops, washer and dryer or any of the electronics. After she left we had to clean the hardward floors because she did a horrible job. She also did a horrible job in our bedroom, i specifically told to not use any products other than provided because our bedroom furniture is very expensive and new, I found her using orange pledge. Not to mention the she did not clean after herself i found dust rags all over the house and piles of dirt under furniture. I called the maid service while the maid was here, he told me that she would stay lat e to fix what she neglected to do the first time. She left early and not fixing . After the maid left I found myself cleaning the floors and whatever else she failed to do. Also, when I finally got a hold on Johnthan on Monday, he said a supervisor would be out Tueseday, then it was Wednesday, no one showed up then. Then the owner would be talking to me. The owner never called and is refusing to talk to me. Wow, what great customer service. Belinda's made no attempt to fix the situation, this is way they do business. I offered to show them the pictures that I toke after the maid left, Johnthan refused to see the pictures and told me not to come up to thier office. If I had a employee that was lazy and was giving my company a bad name I would do my best to fix the situation instead of ignoring a client and only making the situation worst. They promised to send a refund in the mail but we will see if they keep up their word so far they haven't. If you want professional service go somewhere else where your business is valuable. The point of getting a maid is to make your life easier, instead belinda's maid it worst.
