The 2nd star is because they somehow managed to get our order correct. 1 star is for customer service. Our experience boils down to making order (told 6-8 weeks when reality was 12) and delivery (“We’d have delivered it eventually” comment-we finally gave up and picked up the item ourselves) promises they were incapable of meeting, no calls, no follow up skills, and an arrogant/complacent attitude throughout entire 12-week experience. The person who gave us such poor customer service? The owner!
