Placed my order on a Tuesday and was told it would take 5-7 days. Delivery fee would be $35-$65 dollars. Called 8 days later and was told it wasn't done. Glass was ready 2 days later. When I asked when it would be delivered, I was told someone else would have to call me to schedule. 1 week later, no one had called me yet. I called again and the delivery driver said he was on the way. Of course, the delivery fee would be the max. $65.\r
When the glass showed up, delivery guy said he couldn't place it on the table where I needed it - that would be extra $$. He could just set it on the ground somewhere. I told him I have a house full of young children and didn't want a large piece of glass just sitting around. He said there wasn't anything he could do. I paid $65 for the delivery and they can't even set it where I need it??? \r
I'm very dissatisfied that there was no movement on my order until I called (multiple times) and after paying an additional fee, they wouldn't put it where I needed it. \r

I was surprised to receive a letter from the president of Beehive Glass, who upon reading my review, wished to extend his apologies. I also received a $40 check because of the charge for the delivery which should have included the install.\r
I appreciate him going out of his way to try to rectify the situation.
