Californian has In-and-out and Fatburger, Texas has Beck's Prime and Whataburger. I love the hamburgers, fries (that don't need ketchup) and milk shakes. It's all expensive (about $10 - $13 for burger, fries, drink and dessert shake), but you get what you are paying for. Everything is cooked on mesquite, and you can taste it. Moist burgers, fresh cut, never frozen fries, and beer battered onion rings. Also, the new bunless plates are tasty.
Pros: Great burger, fries, shakes. Fresh ingredients, friendly staff. Nice patio.
Cons: expensive, but you get what you pay for.
