I ordered orchid supplies over the internet almost 4 MONTHS ago. I received a general acknowlegement of my order via email (didn't itemize what I ordered)....and then NOTHING. When my package didn't arrive after several weeks, I emailed customer service, called and left several voice messages on both the customer service (long-distance) and order lines (toll-free) for my order status. I received no response of any kind. Finally, I called both numbers and emailed my order cancellation, and I ordered what I needed from Hauserman. Well...today the package arrived -- MONTHS LATER (and no e-mail notification of my order shipment)! FedEx is coming back tomorrow to return Beautiful Orchid's package, and I am disputing the charge with my credit card company. Beautiful Orchids may know how to run a retail location, but I would STEAR CLEAR of ordering through the mail or the internet. They don't answer the phone, they don't respond to voice messages, and they don't respond to email. Don't give them your credit card information or your money unless you have your items in hand. BAD, BAD business practice!!!!!!
Pros: None, but I haven't seen their retail location
Cons: Totally unresponsive to customer calls and email. Non-existent customer service.
