The younger Mr. Bearden has an extremely poor attitude toward his customers. In the two interactions I have had with him plus several phone conversations, he is always preoccupied and short. Today I witnessed an interaction between the younger Mr. Bearden and his 83 year old father. Younger Mr. Bearden chastized his father in front of me for not giving him the correct bow. Then, when I inquired about his appreciation for his father, stating that I had recently lost my father, he began to explain to me how he takes care of his father and has saved the business. He went on to raise his voice and use a mean tone with me. I began to cry and he made fun of me. He then told me that I needed help and that I was projecting my feelings along with other psychology babble. During his rant he made a comment to the effect . . 'this is what I get for working nights and days." I then told him that I had changed my mind about renting from him and tore up the rental agreement paper that I had written on. Again, he scolded me for ripping his paper. The senior Mr. Bearden was very calm and kind to me but the son is truly a Donkey!
