I called this repair/service because a close friend has used them for appliance repairs before in the past and was happy with them. I called, and scheduled a time for them to come out. Very helpful and nice people over the phone and was told between 8am-12 is when someone would show up. However- the serviceman, Lupe, showed up at 1:45, he did call to let me know he was going to be late, between 1-1:30. not 1:45. Once he got here, I explained what's wrong with my oven and told him my husband attempted to fix it. so, the door wasn't attached but being help up by the lock. So, he took the door off and immediately said he's not going to work on it because if he fixes it and there's a gas leak and ""we all blow up and die"" it's him who's responsible. I understand that. that's not the complaint. his attitude is my complaint. I asked what he suggest we do, and told me buy a new oven. Everything else on it works, burners and broiler. the oven doesn't heat. After he said that, he grabbed his bag and walked out of my house. He was here less than 5 minutes without giving any suggestions other than buying a new oven. My husband called to talk to him and ask him why he wouldn't touch the oven. The man said, because he already took the door off and the bottom panel off he wouldn't touch it because there already was an attempt to fix it. Understandable. My husband then began to ask other questions only to get a rude response back. It almost seemed like he was bothered with my husband trying to get some answers. My husband said, "" there's no need to act like an as* "" only to have Lupe say, ""fu*k you"" and hung up. My husband tried to call him back to ask if he worked for a business or if he was his own business only to get hung up on again. Once I called to make my complaint for both my husband and my own experience, the manager defended her worker stating that he's a Christian man, with a family and is one of the nicest people she knows and she's never had a complaint on him ever. Well, guess there's always a first for everything. Guess that doesn't stop good people from being rude to customers either. Honestly, I wasn't going to complain until the manager brushed me off about my complaint from my husband and myself. Never have I encountered such poor and disrespectful service from a business with both a repairman and manager. If you have appliance problems, I suggest someone else. This is my personal opinion and I am sure there are other's out there who just love them. I must have just had this guy on an ""off"" day but I would rather give my money and business to their competitors.
