this studio has much to offer. warm inviting entry room where one is greeted by friendly staff and invited to enter. Here you will find interesting books flipped open for casual reading, inspiring artwork as well as flyers of upcoming events and healthy snacks to round out the yoga atmosphere. upon entering the studio the atmosphere is once again warm. It is both safe and whimsical with leaves blowing around the studio walls. Best of all, the teachers at Be are the most sensitive, powerful, loving and patient teachers I've encountered in my decade of practice. I leave classes feeling renewed, nourished and motivated to take it home. We recently moved from Charlotte back to NY and whenever we return, I come home to Be Yoga. more

I love this studio.. and the energy and program is very consistant.. show up relax and enjoy BeYoga (new name and new owners) I have been all over Charlotte and foudn this location to be a superior studio with a theme and focus for the whole experience. Love the cork floors, HUGE windows from the second story.. and beutiful drapes that are closed near the end of class for resting pose. Well done.. more

Be Yoga ( formerly Yoga Palace) is a beautiful space to come and practice. The caring and helpfulness of the instructors are what make this my favorite yoga studio in Charlotte. Always enthusiastic and encouraging when you push forward in your practice but always reminding you to be good to yourself. There is a great variety of classes and times on the schedule. Great places nearby for coffee and snacks after class! more
