My mom and I decided to try a new restaurant for lunch the other day and decided on BD's Mongolian BBQ. The service was excellent, you were seated immediately and everything was explained to the customers. You select your meat and put it in a bowl, it is raw (chicken, beef, shrimp, crab, etc), then you add the raw vegetables (mushrooms, baby corn, carrots, red potatoes, etc), then they have recipe cards and you mix your sauce. You then take your bowl and sauce to the cooks and they cook it on a huge wok. The waitress then brings your flour tortillas and rice. You can also get soup and salad. I did not care for the sauce and thought the recipe called for too much pepper. It was nice to try once, but don't believe I will be returning to the restaurant.
