We began our search for a boat during the fall boat show, and had decided on a Carolina Skiff from another dealer. During the process it appeared that we were just another customer, and did not feel that we were getting what we felt was good “customer service.” If it was that way while we were purchasing, we wondered would it would be like after they had our money. I contacted Bay Racer about a boat on the web site. After that, personnel from Bay Racer contacted us regarding the boat. We actually purchased the boast strictly from emails and phone calls because we were so impressed and felt so taken care of. Our boat is great, and I’m so glad I called Bay Racer instead of going through the hassle of being just a number at the other place.
