At the end of May 2011, I called Bauer to repair a loud noise coming from the water pump under my home. To my surprise, Greg came out the same day and made a repair so the noise stopped. When we tried to use the hose to wash our vehicles, the water would run for a few minutes then would almost stop completely. Greg had told me when he came out that he would be on vacation for sometime so if I had any problems, he would not be available until his return. In June, my husband called Bauer, stated the problem and requested a visit to fix the problem of the water pressure. Greg came out when we were not home and stated he could not find a problem. On July 25 I again called and stated the problem and Greg said he would try to come out either Monday or Tuesday. My husband called on Tuesday morning and requested a visit on Friday when he would be home and I had to work on Tuesday so there would not be anyone home. Greg told my husband he was going to charge us $80.00 for coming out if he did not find anything wrong. We did not have an issue with the water pressure prior to Bauer's visit in May and the unwillingness to fix the problem was unfair. We cancelled the appointment because I felt that we were going to be charged a minimum of $80.00 and possibly more. Again, there was not a problem with the water pressure prior to Bauer's visit. First response time is wonderful however don't expect anything after that.
