my mother resided in this facility and it was the absolute worst experience ever. I could not bear to leave my mother there any longer than 2 weeks never the less it was difficult to care for her myself with 3 children and a full time job. I knew at the convenience of living close to batavia it would be easier to visit and care for her but, the administrative staff were the most rude and non curtious to my family. To me it seemed the administrative were even non curtious to their staff who however did the actual care for her. I have nothing bad to say about the employees but great gratitude to them they worked to make her comfortable and safe. My opinion is the nurses and aides were great and was the only reason my mother even stayed 2 weeks. I would highly not recommend this facility. thanks
