When questioned about how I was charged, the employee said there was nothing she could do about it -- even if she'd made a mistake. When I called the owner, he gave me a dollar but was INCREDIBLY rude and condescending to me about the fact I'd complained. There are too many great ice cream places in Houston -- with bigger portions and better quality for the same price -- to buy from mean people. Cons: Really bad customer service more

Tried and True 6/8/2003

Still the Best! 8/20/2002

Some things just can't be improved upon. Baskin Robbins ice creams are still the best flavors in the world...even better than Blue Bell, and that's pretty great! My favorite is Chocolate Almond, and has been for about 30 years. The newcomers are okay, some pretty good, but they're all wanna-be's compared to Baskin Robbins...a lot more than 31 flavors! Pros: free parking nearby, excellent product, consistently great Cons: could expand size, could expand choices, need more stores more
