I have ordered lots of cakes from this location for office birthday parties, even special orders. The staff is always pleasant and cakes turn out very festive. I have even canceled a special order cake at the last minute and it was no problem; I wasn't even charged. If you are looking for a fun birthday cake and you are located in the financial district, this is a reliable and delicious option. I have tried some of the ""fancier"" cakes in the financial district and although very pretty, they do not always taste great. These ones always taste great! more

OK, so I went in last night to put in a special ice cream order very simple and direct, picked shape, ice cream and cake flavors, with icings colors.\r \r Picked cake this morning, with different icing color, and they've added whip cream and sprinkles!\r \r I did not want that, I never told them to add it, if someone else likes it on their cake fine, let them have it, mine was very simple, but I guess they've decided that they knew better, so screw what the customer wants. more
