I walked in to Desert Dental Group, P.C. as a new customer and proceeded to make an appointment. I gave the front personnel my insurance information and asked if they could please notify me the extend of coverage. At that point they informed me that they would have more information when I came in and that they would call me if my insurance did not cover. My appointment was set. When I came in for my appointment the first thing I asked was if my insurance would cover any of the expenses. The front person informed me that indeed that was the case. I was then called in to a small office were I met with the dentist, Brett Barney. To clarify, I again asked if I would be covered by my insurance and Mr. Barney assured me that I would be covered.
Pros: Flat Screen TV in waiting room... Wait maybe they make customers pay for that
Cons: Price, Money, Cost, Rude, ""I got your money now so I don't care about you"" attitude.
