I graduated from Cumberland School of Law (Samford University, Birmingham) in 2000 and was admitted to the Georgia Bar in 2001. I was able to begin practicing law in 1999 under a special program that allows certain students to appear in court and handle legal matters during their third year of law school. That was very rewarding and allowed me to hit the ground running when school was over. After graduating, I worked for insurance companies defending injury cases. However, playing games with peoples lives and denying legitimate claims just felt wrong. So, in January 2003 I started this practice where we only help people who have been injured through the negligence of others or who have had an accident at work. I no longer represent insurance companies, but I do use that past experience to each client s benefit. Since starting my private practice, I have personally represented numerous clients in cases involving personal injury or wrongful death..
