Barberi was to come to the office & do an annual checkup & cleaning. This was the second "appt" the first "appt" they came an hour before the office opened & ofcourse no one was there. The second "appt" was for after 10, at 10:50 I stepped out to the store down the street. But left a note specifically for them to let the rep. know I would be back in 20 minutes. I returned in 10 minutes, as I walked around the corner I saw their truck leaving at 11:00. I rushed to the office & they left a card in the door. I called their office to let them know I was there so the rep. could return. The lady, who didn't identify herself, said I would have to make a 3rd "appointment" even though the rep. was a few blocks away. She said she already called their next appt. & wouldn't have the rep. return. She definitely did not call to let me know they were on they way to our office, otherwise I would not have left, after waiting nearly an hour for them. Not only were they an hour late, the rep. could have started checking the outside unit until I returned, but instead left & she blamed me for not being there. Plenty of other heating & air conditioning companies that would like to have your business. Don't inconvenience Barberi, cause apparently they don't like to be inconvenienced.
