Enough GREAT things can't be said about Stirling Spencer and his training techniques. I've read the other reviews about him and I totally agree, plus I don't know what more to say, except that I agree with everything with all the excellent words written about him. He is not your typical trainer. He is really special. He really takes interest in his clients and he gives it his all everyday. I know when I train with him, I am training with one of the best trainers in San Francisco. Here are the reasons why I think Stirling is the best: exciting new exercises, fun to work with, intelligent and very savy of fitness, muscles and overall health, very professional, highest character and principals, eager to get you the results you want, working for your best interests.
