I have never been so frustrated with a business before as this one.
On my last visit I had some work done before I moved to a new state. A few weeks later I received several bills, one of which I had already paid for, this was taken care of. Six months later I receive a new bill, with a test that I have no idea what it means and don't recall have anything other than blood work done.
I started calling the moment I received the bill, end of February to get some answers as to why I have this strange bill 6 months later. They have an automated phone system, and an option for billing, I have been pressing that 7 for a month and a half, and not once has anyone picked up! And there is no voice mail. So I have started leaving messages with the receptionists or some sort of voice mailbox in the automated system.
I have been calling several times a week, and from the end of February, to soon the beginning of April, I was only called back once. I missed this call and the lady from billing did not leave any other information as perhaps a better way to contact her.
Since I no longer live in Florida, this is becoming incredibly frustrating since I can't go walk in and talk to someone face to face.
Pros: friendly nurse assistants, minimal wait times
Cons: incorrect bills, never return phone calls
