BEWARE!!!!! 12/18/2012

I used this bank, however when I had to travel internationally all my money was drained from my checking account. I had a police report from the country where this happened and the fraudster cloaned my debit card while overseas. The Bank of Winona stated they did not have insurance to cover people like me and blamed me for turning on my credit card while overseas! The fraudster took all my money in my account, over $2,300 USD. more
