convenient place to get a certification 12/30/2005

i did the pool part of my certification here and then got my open water in maui. they do the open water in monterey. i thought they were decent but i have a couple complaints: 1) i needed more hand holding in the pool than they gave me 2) they promised me i would get a discounted rate if only did the pool but then claimed this was not their policy after the fact. However, the instructors are extremely knowledgeable and i felt like overall i was in good hands. more
