My dog chewed the cord off of my steam cleaner and I took it to Ballwin Vacuum Center to have them repair it. Previously I had found a company in Fenton that would do the work for $45. Since BVC was closer to my home, I gave them a call. They said they would also do it for $45. So I went with them. Over two weeks later, they finally called and said that it was ready....and that it was going to be $66 and not $45!!! When I went to pick it up, I expressed my concern that I wished they had called me to approve the work, because I had another company that was willing to do it for much cheaper. The person working told me, and I quote, ""Well, I guess you know where to take it next time"". Yes I do, yes I do. Stay away. Horrible work, horrible service, and team members who do not care about their profession or their customers.
