I was there for a pregnancy massage and it was great. When I scheduled a second massage about a month later they told me they had changed their policy to collecting 50% of the massage price up front! I did not have my credit card with me at the time so she said she would call me back. I guess the receptionist tried calling me a couple of times, but I did not get the calls or voicemails (something was wrong with my phone). When I showed up for the appointment (after driving for 45 minutes) she told me that because she didnt collect the 50% deposit, they canceled the appointment! WHAT THE F*&K!???? That is really messed up! I drove so far and was in a lot of pain and really needed a massage. They lady was not very nice to me about it either. She kept telling me about the "policy" over and over again. I am not sure if I will go back except that I have a coupon.
