Had to buy a washer dryer combo..$1500 and yes they got their money in full up front, Dryer went down on March 17th, called the service department, Called Monday the 18th no reply called the 19th no reply finally when i sent an EMAIL..they replied tech was a week getting here, agreed yes the circuit board was bad, ordered it..I was furious..these people do not know the word Communication!! Told them please call me on my cell. They kept calling the home number, oh yeah Ms. Young we have it now no problem Cell phone..I drive straight thru from Dallas the other side of Dallas yesterday wait all day, they called the house phone to tell Mom it was from 2 to 4..she doesn't remember..but at 4 pm I start tracking down a technician since they are not here!!! Find out the tech called earlier that day and Ooops the girl who calls goes home at 3 so here i sit..After grabbing a Salesperson he finally got the knowledge to let me know when I could expect this person..Oh and your Facebook person..did not even notice my message was posted for a Week after I posted the I'm pissed off post on your FB page. You need a Customer Service Department!! A real one!! I have 3 more appliances to replace a new fridge/freezer combo, a dishwasher and a tankless hot water heater I will go to Best Buy or anywhere other than here..Don't pee on my leg and tell me it's raining..I know better! I'm not the only one who hates your service department!! It is very well known by people I know who said..OMG you didn't buy from there did you??? Jack you got big problems.. more

Awesome Computer Serivce! Don't let the abundance of TV's and appliances fool you - these guys know computer service. They have Apple certified and PC Techs and they concentrate on repair only as they are not salesman. They also spoke to me in plain english, not computerese! I recently had an issue with my Mac and had a hard time finding service (don't like Apple store's appointment runaround). I was given first class service from Baillio's tech's from start to finish with reasonable rates and turn-around time. more

Worst Service 6/15/2009

My lamp went out on my DLP TV and was covered by warranty. I called the service dept. to ensure they had one in stock before I drove to ABQ from Rio Rancho. They had one, and I got the person's name & told him I'd be right over. When I got there, they had given it to another customer and had to order the part. A painful wait of 7 days. The worst part of the experience was the people involved were so bland and lackadaisical. They seemed not to care at all about the inconvenience their blunder caused me. I was also in the market for a 60" plasma, but did not even mention the business they just lost (not to mention the word-of-mouth, negative advertising they will get from me from now on)because I knew they could care less, and I couldn't stomach their blank stares. more

Baillo's Customer 6/10/2007

Over a year ago, my husband and I purchased a Sony 52" tv with the extended warranty. In January, we noticed a great deal of red and shadowing on the picture we were receiving. We called Baillo's and explained the situation, and the service dept indicated they would send someone to look at it. Since we live in Chama, we understood it would take a couple of weeks for someone to get here. Once the person arrived, he looked at it and stated he needed another piece of equipment (of course, he didn't have it then), and he would return on another date. The next date was about 6 weeks later. Another person arrived, and stated he could not fix it and that we would be able to get another television set (a loner) while they fixed ours. Well, we waited another 6 weeks for the loner, all this time, we were watching a very terrible screen....blurry, red, and shadowy. After three, almost four months, we received a loner, and the service personnel took our Sony. The person delivering the loner did not leave a remote control device nor did he offer any definite plan for fixing our Sony. The lonerhas a hole in the speaker area, and it is sitting on our coffee table. It is not the nicest piece of furniture in our home, and I'm disgusted with the manner in which we have been treated, especially in assuming we would be happy with this set. It is June 9, 2007, and we still have the loner, but no one from Baillo's has contacted us to let us know the status of our Sony. Our first contact with Baillo's was in late January or early February, and we are still waiting for service!!! Isn't fivemonths enough?? Shouldn't the problem be settled now? If we spent additional money on an extended warranty, we want the full benefits of this service. I demand a replacement for the same amount of money we spent on the Sony. Enough is enough....we are tired of waiting for service that we deserve. We will never buy anything from Baillo's again, and we will make sure all our family members and friends know what happened to us. Good selection, prices about the same as everywhere else 4/5/2006

Whenever I shop for consumer electronics or appliances, I always stop in Baillio's to see what they are offering. I have found that Baillio's carries a slightly larger selection of products than someplace like Sears, but on high volumn brands like Sony their prices are not typically the best. I do have to say that they have some of the most knowledge staff for these products that I have every dealt with. more
