I have never seen a more poorly ran establishment. The owner Corrado is pedantic and slow witted. His understanding of the needs of those interacting with his completely goes over his head. The food is of minimal quality and the kitchen staff barely competent. While we dined there we heard a Chef named Fabio yell at his waitstaff for a mistake the kitchen made.
The only bright spot was the efforts that the serving staff and the manager Klaus made in trying to apologize for the experience.
