I gave this place one star, and only because that was the minimum. It started when we made our reservation, we stated that someone in our part had to make it to the airport by a certain time and was told that she will put our party of 7 in for 9pm since we will sit on time. We show up.....stand at the front counter....waiting...five minutes later someone greets us. We are told "I'm so sorry" we have your reservation but the table we reserved for you is still sitting there and they won't get up, "it should be about 30 minutes". 30 minutes later we were sat at a makeshift table set up at the entrance to the kitchen. The table which we were told was the one we were originally waiting for was being served food (apparently they weren't finished and having drinks like the moron told us). We order, the appetizers....Blah, the spring rolls were as bland as can be, no seasoning, anyone could dump chicken and vegetables in a dumpling rapper and fry it, but some flavor would be nice. The entrees came out, 4 people ordered tuna, 2 people ordered lamb, 1 person ordered Mahi Mahi, all of the dishes came out within 5 minutes of each other except one lamb....why did this one take 20 minutes??? No Apology?? The Mahi Mahi went back, again, flavorless. Overall, this place has a nice look, and that's what draws people, but the food and service s*ck. Nobody was running the place, there was no presence of a manager that could apologize for the multiple screw ups. It was way overpriced for the sh*t food it was. If I could do it again, I would have walked out and gone next door to Graffiti, simple good food with the price to match.
Pros: NONE
Cons: TOO MANY
