AHS sent BB Lewis to look at my water heater. The plumber sat in his car while on the phone with his doctor while his assistant spoke to me. The asistant was not a plumber, did not know how to diagnose a problem, he apologized to me for the plumber's behavior and suggested that I call AHS back and get a different plumber. The plumber remained sitting in the car on the phone and then gave me a service bill. I did not pay it because I wanted to talk to AHS first since the plumber did not even look at my water heater, but the ""plumber"" called in a diagnosis and I was billed. I wish I had the service of other reviewers on this site, but apparently the owner's father was sent for my call and his bad health doesn't allow him to step out of the car and actually diagnose a problem. HORRIBLE COMPANY!
