You'll find that the entire staff (except for the maintenance staff) is undertrained and basically useless. The lease incentives are good on paper, but you'll see that the rent is high for what they offer. The buildings are old and run down with much needed repair/remodeling. The floorplans are limited to 2 (1-bd or 2-bd) and there are NO other features (besides A/C and dishwasher). They DO allow pets (dogs of ALL kinds even if their contracts and policies state specific ones only). I lived there 2 years and had 3 dogs, 2 of which were large "aggressive" breeds (Pitbull and Boxer/Bullmastiff)
