Called to set up an appointment and left a detailed message as instructed, a week has come and gone and no return phone call. Love my BMW but from what I have heard about BMW of SA service, is all true. Horrible. more

Excellent, Excellent, Excellent. Ed is very competent! Loaner was a 2003 5-series. ALL concerns were dealt with and fixed. I drive approx. 250 miles round trip just to make the appt. IT IS worth the DRIVE (esp. in a Bimmer)! No runarounds or bull-talk, just great Service which is hard to come by in TEXAS! I purchased my vehicle from them as well. No Regrets! As long as the continue to have the small-town dealers in their rearview, they'll continue to reign! more

Good: nothing. Bad: All the fake reviews. Improvements: Stopr paying for fake reviews. Other: This dealer is paying a service to post fake and fraudulent reviews. Notice how every reviewer is from out of town and they only give businesses 5 stars. And they buy a car everyday (sometimes 3 a day) from dealers all over the country. Not even good fakes. Someone should turn this dealer into the Texas Attorney General for consumer fraud!!!. more

Everyone at the dealership treated me with the upmost respect. I know it's not their fault my car had issues... He called me to keep me updated daily! Everyone at the dealership was very friendly through all of my service issues! I would highly recommend dealing with this service department, if you have a BMW dealership if you live in the San Antonio area. more

excellent customer service! 8/20/2010

I had been told in the past about this dealership, but now I understand why the dealership won for the first time the prestigious Center of Excellence award only awarded to BMW's top 20 dealers in the US. I purchased a new 2010 BMW X6 last December from BMW of San Antonio's website and had an excellent internet purchase experience and have been back for routine experience twice (receiving use of a free BMW loaner and free maintenance) with excellent customer service! more

BMW Maint.: Wonderful place; you have the right person taking care of you. Ask for Eddie for work on your car that will have you saying "Im glad I went to the dealership". When I have need any kind of work he has always done a great job more

AWESOME 8/17/2010

There is one Fast Lane Service Tech that is AWESOME. Tara will come in or call you on her day off just to make sure that your car has been taken care of. She works really hard. She has to go by what the techs advise her, but she is very fair and honest. When ever my friends or I need service, we only ask for her and she gives us her work cell so if we do have a problem, she will handle it. Thank Goodness she is back!!! more

Good: Nothing. Bad: Fake reviews. Improvements: Stop paying for fake reviews!!. Other: Look at the reviews and the reviewers history!! Notice how all the "positive" reviews are from people out of state!! And they seem to buy a car every other day from dealers all over the country. Don't tell me the dealer is paying a service to write reviews now??? Look at the reviewers history for yourself and you decide whats real and what's fake.. more
