I've been using B&B Black Car instead of taxis in Seattle for a while now. I was looking for a ride to the airport and decided to give this company a try because it advertised prices lower than a taxi. They weren't kidding, I paid much less than a taxi, the ride was comfortable and the car was CLEAN. They go out of their way to make sure I'm where I need to be. I was coming home from Chicago and my flight was delayed, I was so worried I wouldn't have a ride home. It turns out they checked my flight info, knew it was delayed and were waiting for me when I arrived. Seriously, that is amazing customer service. I highly recommend B&B Black Car to anyone in the Seattle area.
